The US director and screenwriter Mike de Seve, known for his work on the cartoon "Beavis and Butt-Head Do America" and several episodes of "Sesame Street", today told our guests a secret of creation a movie the audience will definitly love.

In a retro-zone traditional for the "Multimatograf" festival it is available to fight in the games on retro computers, to see what they were like few decades ago and to play with consoles went to the past. "This year we have paid special attention to our favorite computer - ZX Spectrum, on a retro-computers' exhibition. This year it is 31 years old, after all, the anniversary - the organizer, Andrew Marinov, is joking. - Also, we show video game consoles of the past: Dandy, Sega Dreamcast and Super Nintendo».

The popularity of "Multimatograf" is growing from the very first day: the viewings are sold out in "Royal Cinema". For several hours the cinema hall has become a real forum for discussion, with "boiling" comments, opinions and criticisms. The most successful works were greeted with applause. And the real masterpieces received the highest degree of approval of the jury member, Alexey Zorin, a request: "One more time, please?"

Want to come to "Multimatograf" but have no one to leave kids with? So come with them! For kids specially we have created a platform on which there will be held animation master classes from the Toonbox studio (our General Partner) for all three days of the festival. Kids using plasticine will be able to create their first animated film with the uidance of animators.

Finally! Ninth «Multimatograf» started up its work. It is already possible to look at and even to touch retro computers, to participate in battles via them, to enjoy the light show at the exhibition space of the «Russkiy Dom». The jury began viewing the contest works in the «Royal Cinema» and everyone can join them. At 3 p.m. there will be a screening of animated films directed by Robert Sahakyants.

Our festival is firmly established itself as an international one. The volunteers from Belgium, Germany, Holland, Czech Republic and China came to the ninth «Multimatograf». Their functionality is diverse - some of them will be helping at the VJ section, some of them will make photoes for the press center. But we and them all together will fulfill the main goal: to do everything to make our festival being held at the highest level and to bring pleasure to the maximum number of people.

We invite to our festival not only domestic media sector stars, but world industry masters as well. Mike de Seve, the director of «Beavis and Butt-Head» and the show «Saturday night life» (SNL) and screenwriter for the film «Monsters vs. Aliens», arrives to the ninth «Multimatograf» straightly from the East Coast of the United States, from sunny Philadelphia.

Best episodes of Mr. Freeman cult web series will be shown as a part of the Ninth «Multimatograf». The event was called «Through the screen and back». Even we, the organizers, have no clue what the program for this event is. The only thing that we can assure is that the show will take place on the big screen and will provide a unique opportunity to communicate with the authors of the project directly.

So we are pleased to present to you the final version of the festival program. 3 days. Screenings, installations, workshops, meetings, gala concert, after-party and… many other things! Open up asap! Please note the program updates: some master classes, demonstrations and time have been changed (for example, a gala concert will topen at 17:00!).

We thought over the things that can make the most interesting «Multimatograph» film viewing even better? And we found the answer which is to make the audience seat on the soft sofas and to watch the films being shown on the big screen! Our partner, «Royal Cinema» movie theatre, has made this possible. Besides the numerous exciting events we will also hold here a sensational display of «Mr. Freeman» animated web series and meeting with its creators.
