This year “Multimatograf” festival of computer animation and video-art has gathered the record number of works – 108. Comparing it with the previous year, it was only 80. The 5th festival will present to the public 37 cartoons, 19 clips, 4 works made for “Video-art” nomination and 3 – for “Wild”. 37 works are accepted hors concours.
This year is also rich in geography: there are works from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Irkutsk, Yoshkar-Ola, Rostov-na-Donu, Brest, Kishinev.
Today the selection committee is to decide which works will be presented to the jury. We want to remind you that some works can not be selected according to the formal characteristics, for example, sound or image quality.
