The Administration of Vologda in conjunction with the company «Business-Soft» took the initiative and organized a special prize within «Multimatograf». A graphic tablet will be awarded to the author for the social advertising on the topic «Vologda - big opportunities of small business».
The works in the chosen direction are free to participate in the hors concours nomination until the 26th of March. The format of the works: animation and video clips, video sketches.
