The preselection procedure of all received works will be held tomorrow, on April, 14. The works which will participate in the competition and will be judged by the jury will be selected.

The selection board that includes members of the organizing committee will have a difficult task. They will need to watch 183 works that makes more than 10 hours. It's cool - so many videos during just one day! The works will be checked on the correspondence with technical requirements, moral and ethical standards and the Russian Federation Law.

The festival director Maxim Petryaev notes: "Beside all this we check if all works comply with the nominations and can advise an author to transfer a work to a different nomination. And as we want to keep up the spirit of the festival, we watch that all works are in correspondence with our policy - author's art is the most important for us."

The preselect will be held in MC2 Club at 12pm and up to the hour when the board will finish watching works. This will be an open event and if you would like to come and support us in this difficult mission, interview someone, make a reportage or be invited to our team - you are welcome.
