Battles on vintage computers are happening now at the Panorama, within the traditionnal old school technologies exhibition of the Multimatograph.  Competition between gamers will be on for the three days. And there are prizes to win every day!..

This year we are focusing on out-dated computers, which people one day bought and brougth home. ‘Some are imported computers, some are soviet ones’ – explains Andrey Marinov. ‘One of the computers presented here, the home computer Sinclair ZX Spectrum, will celebrate next week his 30^th birthday.. More generally speaking, here you will be able to try out famous ‘80s games, like “RoboCop”, “Pac-Man”, “Dizzy” and others’.

One of our competitions is “53c”. Outline: draw a 32*24 sized image on a  modern notebook, using the 53 colors of the ZX Spectrum graphic editing program. This competition begins every festival day at 11am.

Second competition: battle on old computers. For example, today’s game was on Atari 800 XL. This competition takes place every day (28^th-30^th) too.

Apart from the Retro zone, there is also on the first floor of the Panorama a modern game Zone, from “Playrix” company.  There, popular videogames can be played, “Kinect Adventures”, “Guitar Hero” and others. Today and tomorrow, a “Kinect Adventures” tournament is on. Note: there is a Playrix ebook to win! You can also feel nostalgic and prefers to play a good old Super Nintendo or Dandy game.

And while adults are playing videogames and attending master classes, children can watch « Cartoon Networks » cartoons, in the special Level _0.0. section.  Dear parents, today and tomorrow, while you are playing hard, children will be entertained by facilitators.
