It's become easier to make cartoons. The whole three new services have been proposed by videohosting YouTube for those, who want to take a shot at making animation.

 

The beginner creators are offered a helping hand with ready-made 3D characters, subtitles, soundtracks and various video effects. It is also possible to add a voice on the image or use an automated voice synthesizer. It's worth mentioning, that all the options are avaliable free of charge.

 

These tools are presented by three different developers, that have been in web-animation for quite a long time: GoAnimate, Stupeflix and Xtranormal. It's interesting, that GoAnimate and Xtranormal Movie Maker allow to create animation videos, basing on text messages. Thus, a written dialogue results in a cartoon, where there are two characters talking. And the tool Stupeflix helps to create a dynamic slideshow from pictures and short video clips.
