The cartoon "Kacheli" ("Swings") from the competition program of KLIK! Amsterdam animation festival was awarded with People's choice award from Russia - RussianValenkiAward. Romantic story of love between a cow and a mouse, overcoming all kinds of obstacles, won the hearts of viewers. Its author, Ferena Felce, will be invited to Amsterdam from September 15-19 and will get the people's choice honorable prize from Russia RussianValenkiAward - russian valenki, one of which is from Vladivistok, the other one - from Moscow.

Showing of the cometition program of the biggest animation festival KLIK! from Amsterdam was held on September 4 simultaneously in Vladivostok, in NewWaveCinema, and in Moscow in "35 mm" movie theather. After the show the viewers were suggested to vote for the best, in their opinion, cartoon.

In total in the vote both in Vladivostok and in Moscow more than 500 people took part. In Vladivostok the viewers happened to be more active than in Moscow: number of those who visited the only showtime in the Far East was twice bigger than in the capital - there were no vacant seats in the Premier-hall of NewWaveCinema.

The organizers of the show and vote - KLIK! festival, "Videodom" ("Videohouse") studio, Manyfest company and "Kinosreda" ("Movie-envoronment") project with the support of the Ambassy of the Netherlands in Moscow.
