78 works have gone through the preselection prosedure successfully and will be presented to the competent jury of the festival. The commission worked for five hours: it's not an easy task to watch through 140 videos. For comparison, last year there were 108 multimedia creations submitted to the festival, only 42 were preselected.
Preselection viewing takes place every year in order to sort out the works, which don't meet the formal submission requirements, described in the Festival Regulations, for ex., they contain advertising, or have a bad sound or image quality.
The selection commission was formed from the founders and organizers of the festival:
- Maxim Petryaev — festival director;
- Alexey Zorin — festival director (jury, promotion, advertising);
- Yevgeniy Krasnov — creative director (program and organization of the gala-concert);
- Andrey Marinov — retro-computer exhibition manager (exhibition, functioning of festival website);
- Yevgeniy Tselik — festival technical manager (after-party, VJing).
