Only a month is left before the call for participants for «Multimatograf-6» gets closed. Everybody who wishes to take part in the festival must become familiar with the festival regulations, accept the terms of the author-offer, fill in the application form and send the work.
The topics of the works can be absolutely different, but the work must fall into one of the following nominations: «Cartoon», «Video art», «Video clip» and «Wild». The winners will be chosen by the professional jury – animators, directors, artists. The best works will be shown to the public at the final gala-concert, which will be held on April 25.
«Multimatograf»’s aim is to support beginner animators and attract attention of the general public to modern video art. The most significant difference between «Multimatograf» and similar festivals is that the jury primarily looks at the work in general (creative idea and its harmonious realization with the means of different computer tools), not considering the narrow professional characteristics of the work (which an average viewer won’t understand).
