How to become a participant 

The procedure is quite easy and free of charge. What you have to do is to:

1. look through the festival regulations;
2. fill in the application form (and then send it to mf@to-tonna.ru);
3. agree with the terms of the author contract (you can do it either way: sign the author contract and email the scanned version, or send us an email, stating that you agree with the terms of the author contract);
4. send your work/s / links to download your work/s and make sure they meet the technical requirements (which are described in the festival regulations);
5. send us the screenshots of the work/s (for showcasing the work/s on the festival website);
6. follow the Festival on News page or come to the festival events on April 23-24, 2011.
